My approach

First of all: I love working with people.

Working together will be a process that requires both of us, our knowledge, talents and experiences. I invite you to question and be critical, and to look at your situation from different perspectives. I will guide you in the process of getting to know yourself better and gain more acceptance of yourself.

There is never just one way - there is only your way. The answers to your project or your development goals will not be found in any search engine, but only within yourself. You are a manager, a trainer and a player and maybe even a referee of your life!

I am often asked which psychological school of thought I follow: I don’t subscribe to any specific direction, but generally find a lot of my values reflected in humanistic psychology. I particularly appreciate Carl Rogers, Alfred Adler and Erich Fromm for their approach and concept of humans.
